BikeLink was created as a safety enhancement for motorcyclists to increase rider visibility and lower accidents on the road. The BikeLink system works by connecting a transmitter to the motorcycle’s wiring harness. The transmitter enables the BikeLink helmet lighting unit. The lighting unit can be easily attached to a rider’s standard helmet using a weatherproof adhesive pad. Each model comes with an easy to follow color guide and detailed instructions making set up a breeze. Device settings can also be synced with user’s phone to allow for mobile adjustment.
The system responds instantly to a rider’s activity. Whether braking, turning, or running, a 
motorcyclist can be assured that their activity is communicated from the bike to the helmet using DIGITAL RF (radio frequency) and seen by surrounding vehicles. This technology provides a strong, secure data path and eliminates cross talk or interference from other sources, including other riders using BikeLink.
A selectable auto-dimming feature conserves the power of the re-chargeable battery. Lighting can be adjusted to accommodate 2 passengers on a bike and avoid eye strain, ensuring a rider’s comfort.
The team at BikeLink has been refining the system and software over the past 2 1/2 years. They’ve partnered with Fundable to bring their product to larger production and make it available to riders everywhere. Pledges of $109 and up will receive a pre-ordered BinkLink helmet package.
