I usually ride with music playing on a Scala Rider bluetooth setup (what can I say I like having a soundtrack). Every week I post a song from my personal playlist. It runs the gamut from old school to tunes released this year and in nearly every genre. It’s an eclectic mix with something for everyone.
This weeks playlist pick is Bach Cello Suite No. 1 – Prelude by Yo Yo Ma from The Cello Suites: Inspired by Bach (1998). I’ve always had a thing for cello and the first time I heard this piece was in the 2003 Russell Crowe flick Master and Commander. I’ve loved it ever since. When this comes through my helmet on a fall ride it’s fairly easy to get swept away to another place.
