AMA Road Racing returns to the 2.55 miles Road Atlanta course in the hills of Braselton, Ga. for Round 2 this weekend (April 21-22). Josh Hayes on the Monster Energy Graves Yamaha (who won his second consecutive AMA Pro National Guard SuperBike Championship in 2011) and Blake Young (Yoshimura Suzuki) have each posted victories at Daytona with Hayes just 3 points ahead in the series lead in the Superbike class. Cori and I attended the season ending weekend in New Jersey last year and it was incredibly exciting.
